Dr. Shané P. Teran, Psy.D., MSW, LCSW is an Organizational Development Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Work therapist (MSW, LCSW), certified trainer, and author who enjoys guiding high-impact leaders and business owners to establishing a bold and purpose-driven lifestyle. While expanding global influence, mitigating burnout, and ensuring sustainability of credible people-driven leaders, Dr. Teran aims to grow the number of honest and caring leaders throughout the workforce.
With a span of over 20 years of experience, Dr. Teran served 11 yrs in federal healthcare as a clinician and section chief while maintained global influence as a contracted Leadership & Team Development Trainer, Business Health Strategist and Executive Wellness Coach and Consultant for leaders serving in top performing organizations, e.g., Amazon, Netflix, Puma NA, Insight Global and Meta to name a few. She is the founder of SP Consulting Institute (SPCI), Assistant Professor at a private university. As an individual and organizational health advocate she enjoys supporting emerging and seasoned leaders as they grow their impact on the world.

MC Chua is an Executive Administrative Assistant with experience in social media and executive management. MC began this line of work in 2020, and has since assisted in handling various business processes.
As efficiency and organization is a key feature of her role, MC takes pride in providing high-level oversight to the inner workings of SP Consulting Group, LLC ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently; creating a client friendly and professional environment throughout the client journey.

Makiba Green, MSW, ASW has extensive experience serving individuals experiencing mental health crises, homelessness, and complex behavioral health needs within public behavioral health systems. Her professional practice is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes dignity, empowerment, and equitable access to care. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse behavioral health settings, including homeless and justice driven outreach services, forensic and recovery oriented mental health programs, and community-based treatment teams. These experiences have strengthened her skills in clinical assessment, case management, crisis response, interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy, and resource coordination.
As an Associate Clinician Social Worker, Makiba is committed to advancing mental health equity, reducing barriers to services, and fostering meaningful change for individuals, families, and communities. She continues to expand her clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities through ongoing professional development, with the goal of providing high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services to those in need.

Amy Juarez, MSW, ASW is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through her experience, she has supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, family stress, behavioral challenges, and difficulties related to daily functioning and coping skills.
Amy understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and strives to meet each client where they are with empathy, compassion, and respect. Her goal is to help clients build on their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and healing. She believes therapy and wellness support should feel collaborative, authentic, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Amy is committed to creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while exploring challenges, discovering solutions, and working toward meaningful and lasting change.

Desiree Landaverde, MSW, ASW is dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and empowered. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and has a particular interest in helping clients navigate grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management.
Desiree's clinical experience includes providing mental health services in K–12 school-based settings and working with diverse populations in a psychiatric facility. Her approach is client-centered and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices while honoring each client's unique experiences, values, and goals. Desiree believes that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. She is committed to helping clients develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and move toward greater well-being.

Demitrius Lewis, MS is a retired United States Air Force Veteran, Community Health Worker, Peer Support Professional, and Addiction & Trauma Ministry Leader with over 20 years of leadership and service experience helping individuals overcome life's challenges. Holding a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and bringing both professional expertise and lived experience, Demitrius has dedicated his life to supporting veterans, individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, PTSD, and those seeking personal growth and healing.
Celebrating over eight years of sobriety, he understands firsthand the power of recovery, faith, accountability, and community support. Through his peer support groups, Demitrius creates a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can develop healthy coping skills, find hope and purpose, strengthen their relationship with God, and learn practical tools to improve their family life, careers, relationships, and overall well-being. His mission is to help others break free from addiction, trauma, and despair while empowering them to live productive, meaningful, and faith-centered lives.
