At SP Consulting Group, we have an Organizational Development Psychologist with over 18 years of experience and expertise in transforming the organizational health from the top down and we've done so with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the forefront.
Clinical Supervision (CA only)
With over 20 years of experience across diverse settings - including federal healthcare, county children’s services, private practice, residential treatment, and group therapy - we bring a depth of real-world insight into supervision. Dr. Teran's clinical background spans trauma-focused care, Veteran care, military sexual trauma, suicide prevention, recovery-oriented models, case management, and community outreach, alongside experience in clinical administration and program development/leadership.
Supervision is both clinically rigorous and deeply supportive - grounded in certified mentoring and coaching, and informed by my Psy.D. in Organizational Development Psychology. Dr. Teran is committed to empowering emerging clinicians to build confidence, sharpen their clinical voice, and step into their roles as ethical, innovative, and purpose-driven leaders in the field.
Executive Wellness Coaching

An Executive Wellness Coach (EWC) is similar to an executive coach - helps improve leadership performance and development. However, we also take into account how all areas of your life impacts your overall well-being and success - similar to a wellness coach.
Whether you seek balanced wellbeing, work-life integration, expert assistance during a career transition, or working through a new venture or project, the coaching system within our EWC service includes a partnership essential to all of you.

Dr. Shané P. Teran is an Organizational Development Psychologist (Psy.D), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) therapist, trainer, and whole-health business strategist who enjoys helping leaders and business owners establish a bold and vision-driven approach to work-life balance and organizational health.
As a thought leader and subject-matter expert with over 20 yrs of experience in individual/group mental health and over 10 yrs in organizational health, Dr. Teran has maintained global influence as a contracted Researcher, Leadership & Team Development Trainer, Org. Development Strategist and Consultant, Speaker, and Executive Wellness Coach for leaders within top performing organizations, e.g., Amazon, Netflix, Puma NA, UCLA, Insight Global, and Facebook to name a few.
Dr. Teran currently serves as an Assistant Professor at a local private university, while maintaining a research and practice focus on mitigating burnout within the workplace at the intersectionality of occupational hazards, leadership wellness, cultural humility, organizational health, and interpersonal challenges of industry leaders.
